For the past 30 years, The Wallflowers have held their ground as one of rock’s most dynamic and purposeful bands – continually honing a sound that meshes timeless songwriting and storytelling with a hard-hitting and decidedly modern musical attack. Exit Wounds, the group’s latest studio offering, marks the first new material since Glad All Over. And while the wait has been long, the much-anticipated record finds the GRAMMY® Award winning band’s signature sound – lean, potent and eminently entrancing – intact, even as Jakob Dylan surrounds himself with a fresh cast of musicians.
Omar Velasco

Omar’s productions possess a transcendent quality that transports the listener to distant and beautiful landscapes, while the lyrics anchor the song in simple, heartfelt poetic ground. With roots in Santa Barbara but now based in Los Angeles, Omar has toured and collaborated with artists such as Jonathan Wilson, Jim James and My Morning Jacket, Gardens and Villa and many others.
