For decades, Dan has offered his sometimes-controversial insights concerning CA’s political and social trends. He has appeared in the WSJ, TIME and on CNN, Fox News, and Capital Public Radio. A provocative centrist, Mr. Walters is also the author of, The New California: Facing the 21st Century and The Third House: Lobbyists, Money and Power in Sacramento.
