Nick Offerman: Big Woodchuck

Nick Offerman: Big Woodchuck

An Evening of Comedy with Woodworking and Bookish Mirth

Map Marker Lobero Theatre

Nick Offerman, even more hirsute than last time, is back to remind the fans of sawdust what a living, breathing mammal, unsullied by AI, looks like. With songs and notions inspired by his newest book, Little Woodchucks, Nick – with support from woodworker and co-author Lee Buchanan – might just inspire you to get busy making things with your own hands, which is guaranteed to get you kissed. Especially if what you make is sausage rolls. “Canoes are sexy AF, especially when you make ‘em out of wood.” – Nina Simone, probably

Offerman is an actor, author, humorist, and woodworker who has also written six New York Times Bestselling books. His onscreen credits include the Emmy award-winning role of Bill in The Last of Us (HBO), Ron Swanson on NBC’s Parks and Recreation, Forest in Devs, and Karl Weathers in the FX series Fargo.

Recent and upcoming projects include Death by Lightning (Netflix), Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, Sovereign, Civil War, Pout Pout Fish, Origin, The Life of Chuck, The Umbrella Academy, and NBC’s Making It. He is also the voice of Beef Tobin in the FOX animated series The Great North and audiobook narrator for Wendell Berry’s The Need to Be Whole.
