Join our artists as they navigate our bodies’ natural survival responses; fight, flight, freeze and fawn.
In the summertime, we roam through lush fields. But in the dry fall heat, a wildfire sweeps the landscape, leaving us scorched and barren. In the harsh winter we sift through of withering flowers, each flower moving through our bodies’ natural responses.
But why do these emotions seem so negative? Even though we all experience the same things, we process differently. We move and express in different ways, to come to the same feeling and blossom into spring.

Prequel by Circus with Purpose and renown aerial theater pioneers, Paper Doll Militia. The debut of their new work “Homeostasis” An aerial sculpture & performance piece fusing the visual design of Shibari with contemporary aerial arts. The apparatus is a large-scale visual interpretation of the human nervous system, constructed entirely with rope. This tree-like apparatus becomes an elaborate structure for aerial performers exploring dysregulation and resilience on personal and societal levels.
