On March 11, the California Office of Public Health has issued an updated policy on gatherings to protect public health and slow the spread of COVID-19. The state’s public health experts have determined that gatherings should be postponed or canceled across the state until further notice.
In compliance with this measure, the Lobero Theatre will suspend all performances through at least April 30, and longer if necessary.
Please know we will continue to be responsive to the evolving situation and will keep ticket holders informed as these performances are rescheduled, and will make ticket exchanges or refunds available through the Lobero Box Office on a show-by-show basis. Please note this effort will take time as we are managing thousands of ticket purchases. Your patience is appreciated.
Many of you have generously expressed your support and concern by seeking to forego your ticket refund. If you are in a financial position to do so, we greatly appreciate these offers.
We will continue to keep you apprised as quickly as we can of any additional changes, including any updates to events occurring after March 31. If you have any questions please call the Lobero Theatre Box Office at 805.963.0761 (Monday – Friday 10 AM – 5 PM and Saturday noon-5 PM) or email email@example.com for assistance.
Additional resources and information about California’s policy regarding the rescheduling of mass gatherings can be found here.
We thank you for your patience during this trying time and hope to welcome you back to the theater soon.
Kindly, The Lobero Theatre Foundation
