Dear Lobero Patrons –
Welcome back to the Lobero Theatre! Please note that all events are subject to State, County, and other governmental agency COVID-19 pandemic mandates and regulations covering indoor live events.
Therefore, in an effort to create the safest possible environment for our guests, all attendees (including children 5 years old and younger) must show proof of vaccination OR supply a negative Covid-19 medical test result (taken within 72 hours prior to each event), before entering the Lobero (over-the-counter tests will not be accepted). Masks are no longer required indoors, but are recommended. However, artists my require mask usage for their own events. Please see event listing for more detailed info. The Lobero staff and ushers have all been fully vaccinated. Adults must show photo ID.
Events are subject to be rescheduled or canceled in conformance with any health mandate in effect on the performance date or for operational needs to safely comply with public health orders. Patrons who are unable to attend an event due to Covid-19 restrictions may receive a refund up until 7 days prior to the performance date. Please contact the Lobero Theatre Box Office at 805.963.0761 or by emailing email@example.com.
Upgraded HVAC and Air Circulation
The Lobero has consulted with Mechanical Engineers to determine best practices and take extra precautions for the health and safety of our Lobero staff, artists, and guests. We have replaced the standard MERV 8 filters with all new, higher value MERV 13 filters specifically designed to eliminate circulation of airborne microbes; installed sterilizing UV light systems on evaporator coils to irradiate and kill airborne microbes in the duct work before they reach the general air supply, and we have reprogramed our system to inject 100% fresh air while eliminating recirculation of inside air.
We thank the Santa Barbara community for supporting the performing arts while we work hard to follow the most up-to-date guidelines for the Covid-19 pandemic and keep our audience members, staff, and performers safe.
Please know we will continue to be responsive to the evolving situation and will keep ticket holders informed with any updates, and will make ticket exchanges or refunds available through the Lobero Box Office on a show-by-show basis.
Many of you have generously expressed your support and concern by seeking to forego your ticket refund. If you are in a financial position to do so, we greatly appreciate these offers.
We will continue to keep you apprised as quickly as we can of all scheduling changes. If you have any questions please call the Lobero Theatre Box Office at 805.963.0761 (Monday-Friday 10 AM-5 PM and Saturday 12-5 PM) or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
